📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
