📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
• Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
• Recommend and perform repairs and maintenance to customers based on their vehicle's condition
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Certification as an automotive technician or mechanic from a recognized institution
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment, such as scan tools and code readers
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
