🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
