📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software like Procore, EstimateOne, or similar tools.
• Analyze project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and adherence to budget.
• Review and approve construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on budget status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including cost reports and change orders.
• Provide support to the project team as needed, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in cost analysis and project budgeting.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and construction estimation software such as Procore, EstimateOne, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations, including remote sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
