📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Managing employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
  • Processing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with office management tasks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
