IT Technician (Contract Role) - Jakarta & Surrounding Areas

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Perform network diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct IT training and support sessions for end-users.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
