📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain palm oil processing equipment, including sterilizers, digesters, and clarifiers.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze equipment data and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processing operations.
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for palm oil processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in palm oil mill processing or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of palm oil processing equipment and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and specialized process control systems.
