📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage quality control standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to travel to and from work on a regular basis.
