📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of CPAs and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful analysis to senior management.,Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management processes.,Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address any issues that arise.,Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively mitigate risks and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent professional qualification.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior CPA role, with a proven track record of financial leadership.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience in a multinational or diverse cultural environment is a plus.
