We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Masspower Philippines Electronics in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems for our innovative electronics manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for electronics manufacturing processes,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for mechanical system improvements,Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical components and systems,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electronics and other engineering disciplines,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical system issues,Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings,Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers and technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on electronics manufacturing,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes,Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar),Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
