📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of market facilities.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Manage and supervise a team of workers.
  • Ensure that all work meets regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing construction and maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
