📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
