ZAP Berjaya is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and distributed efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported to management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Manage warehouse budget and expenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role in the Jember area is a plus.
