📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain business process models and documentation using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Support the development of strategic initiatives and projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth
• Assist in the development of performance metrics and KPIs to track project progress and performance
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on project status and progress
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that projects are delivered using the latest tools and methodologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
