📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are properly stored.,Stock and manage bar inventory, including alcohol and mixers, to ensure sufficient supplies.,Train and supervise junior staff, teaching them proper techniques and service standards.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to offer innovative and exciting drinks.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall operations of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.,Familiarity with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a food service environment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Proven ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques quickly.
