📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, routes, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
