📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and address any employee-related issues.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and managing HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
