As a Facial Therapist at SOZO Skin, you will be responsible for performing a variety of facial treatments, including but not limited to, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials. You will also assist our dermatologists in diagnosing and treating skin conditions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in their craft but also has excellent communication skills to educate and consult with clients about their skincare needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials.
• Assist dermatologists in diagnosing and treating skin conditions.
• Educate and consult clients about their skincare needs and treatment options.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all clients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their treatments.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of pre and post-treatment skincare products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or in a related skincare field.
• Certification in Facial Treatments or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a passion for skincare and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
