📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and offering jobs.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for HR events and activities.
• Assist in the compilation and analysis of HR metrics and data.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
