Salon Fitri Health Center is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required.
