Base City Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and support HR initiatives.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
