📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve departmental goals.
