JUNCTION Ekspansindo is seeking a Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial support to the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all financial records and transactions.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Provide financial support and analysis to the management team.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
