📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize purchasing processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Represent the company at supplier meetings and negotiations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices.
