📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute promotions, sales, and display strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control systems and processes.
• Provide regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
