Klinik Zahra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. We are a growing restaurant chain based in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
As an Operations Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our management team to implement and maintain our standard operating procedures, and you will be responsible for training and supervising our front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Tanggung Jawab:
Ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.Maintain and enforce our standard operating procedures.Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.Monitor and maintain inventory levels.Handle customer complaints and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.Assist with the preparation of food and beverages.Ensure that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.Proven ability to work well in a team.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.🛠️ Keahlian
