📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production section, ensuring efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.,Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Experience with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.,Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
