📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.
• Evaluate and select the best candidates for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain compliance with all local and national employment laws and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and employment laws.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
