Hotel Lestari Mart is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design programs to address them,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations as needed
