📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational practices.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers or team members.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
