Silangan Mindanao Mining Co., Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Safety and Health Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the effectiveness of our safety management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, equipment, and best practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Collaborate with management to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.,Promote a safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.,Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
