📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions, including payments and refunds, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Maintain and update financial records, including cash receipts and expense reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Resolve any cash discrepancies or issues that may arise, working closely with the accounting department.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software and financial tools.,Valid certification in cash handling and financial transactions (preferred but not required).,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (10 kg) as needed.
