📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software products and services.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
  • Work with development teams to resolve software defects and issues.
  • Improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior QA engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing trends and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software products and services meet quality standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes.
