📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to the needs of children with special needs.,Monitor and support students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.,Document student progress and communicate it to the lead teacher and parents.,Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).,Assist in organizing and participating in special events and outings for the students.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to undergo a background check.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
