📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Teach and train new staff members on laundry operations and best practices.,Ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the quality of our laundry services.,Provide feedback and support to staff members to help them improve their performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff members.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the laundry industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in hospitality, business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or training role, preferably in the laundry or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
