Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing principles and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience with version control systems such as Git,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
