📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations including payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets and provide financial forecasting and planning.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
