You'll work with our HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth payroll processing. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our employee engagement initiatives, organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR Director in strategic HR planning and budgeting
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous experience in a fast-growing organization is a plus
