📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of drivers and logistics coordinators, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules using GPS and mapping software such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Monitor and track delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries, including tracking numbers and customer information.
• Provide training and support to the delivery team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and delivery management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of delivery personnel.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and mapping software, such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
