📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and supervise occupational health services at our site.
• Conduct regular health assessments and medical examinations for employees.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive occupational health program.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health services.
• Provide medical advice and guidance to employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Provide training and education to employees on occupational health and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S1/S2) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health.
• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CIEH, CMIH).
• Familiarity with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid medical license and practice permit in Indonesia.
