You will work closely with our maintenance team, security personnel, and community leaders to ensure that our housing facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of public housing facilities.
• Address tenant concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and security.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Work with community leaders to understand and address resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and housing standards.
• Monitor and report on housing facility performance.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Housing Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in housing management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to speak and write in Indonesian.
