📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Experience with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.,Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
