• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of luxury properties.
• Oversee all engineering projects, from routine maintenance to major renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with property management, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
• Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
• Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability initiatives across properties.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the property management team.
• Represent Accor at industry events and conferences to stay current with the latest trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
• Certifications in LEED or other relevant sustainability standards.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
