📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement for hotel clients.
Manage and optimize online storefronts using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hotel e-commerce sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving e-commerce performance.
Provide training and support to hotel staff on using e-commerce platforms and tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the hotel and e-commerce sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the hotel industry.
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics.
