📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for our retreats, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Create website layouts and ensure they are responsive and user-friendly.
• Assist in the development of print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and apply them to your work.
• Contribute to the team's creative brainstorming sessions and provide design solutions.
• Assist in the coordination of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
• Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
