We are seeking a Business Excellence Staff to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a Business Excellence Staff, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with various departments to identify and implement process improvements. You'll use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to senior management. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about data-driven decision making and process optimization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, working closely with department heads and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to understand the underlying causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of process improvements, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI and SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
